Hurder Consulting will perform free repairs of your PCs with the following stipulations: 1. You bring the PC to us. (We can pick it up and bring it back, but there would be a fee for each) 2. If you agree that the PC needs parts, you will of course need to pay for them. However, no work will be done and no fees will be charged without your prior approval. 3. If you need the whole operating system replaced (always an excellent idea, actually) there will be a $10 charge. See #2 above. 4. You need to describe the problem very carefully, either in an email message to us, or on paper when you bring the PC here. We listen to our customers very well, but please don't ask us to guess what you're experiencing. Tell us, in detail. 4. No Apples or Macs, just IBM-style personal computers. 5. If you would like to (finally!) get rid of all the viruses, ongoing expenses and problems associated with Windows, we can do that too, by getting rid of Windows entirely.
